Agrino Festival

August 7. Orkontas Family Restaurant, Marathasa. 12pm onwards

On August 7, the scenic Marathasa valley becomes a hub of music and creativity during the Agrino Festival. Nestled in the mountains, the festival, held at Orkontas Family Restaurant, seeks to unite artists and rediscover Cypriot heritage by venturing into charming local villages. The festivities commence with a vibrant pop-up bazaar at 10am, showcasing a variety of local artists. The rhythm amplifies at noon with live performances from local bands, folk and pop singers, along with engaging cover artists. The closing celebration, led by the Xanthou Siblings and Heatwave DJ, promises an unforgettable finale.

Wheelnutters Bike Ride

August 8. Coral Bay, Paphos. 8AM-10AM

Cyclists are invited to join a refreshing Tuesday morning bike ride around Coral Bay and Sea Caves. Starting from the Corallia Beach car park, riders will regroup as needed, enjoying a friendly 90-minute ride. The journey ends with a coffee stop at Fiona’s shack. Everyone, regardless of skill level, is welcome to participate, including those with electric bikes. More info HERE

Perseids Meteor Shower Lecture and Observation

The highly anticipated annual meteor shower event is back! Attendees are invited to a captivating evening under the stars, where they’ll gain insights into meteor showers, comets, and asteroids. The informative session covers observing and photographing meteor showers, offering a comprehensive experience.
